New director for Harsco

Harsco, owner of access companies, SGB, Hünnebeck and Patent scaffold, has appointed Henry W. Knueppel, 58, as a non executive director.
Knueppel is chairman and chief executive officer of Regal Beloit Corporation a global manufacturer of electrical and mechanical motion control products.
He joined Regal Beloit in 1979 and has served in various senior management positions since 1987. He joins the Harsco board on September first taking its current membership to 11, of whom nine are independent non executive directors.
Harsco chairman and chief executive Salvatore D.
