Van ladder balance

Spotted in the UK, a three man cleaning/maintenance crew combining a van roof and step ladder to reach a sign at a depot of a well known restaurant chain.

A van, a step ladder and crossed fingers

A half hearted attempt by a colleague to hold the ladder is unlikely to have helped much. It's not the worst we have seen by any stretch, although that depends on how much space there was between van and wall, but still not the most efficient or safe way to do this type of work.
