180ft Genie for Dornseiff

German rental company Dornseiff has taken delivery of a 180ft Genie SX-180 straight telescopic boom lift.

The new machine provides a working height of almost 57 metres and an outreach of up to 24.4 metres, while maximum platform capacity is 340kg.

Operations manager Patrick Burk said: "We use state-of-the-art equipment in every area, and the Genie SX-180 meets these requirements. Established over 65 years ago, Dornseiff has locations in Burbach, Olpe, Siegen and Wetzlar in Germany, as well as a depot in Sibiu, central Romania. The company runs a fleet of over 200 aerial lifts and telehandlers, as well as over 50 All Terrain, Rough Terrain and crawler cranes with up to 500 tonnes of capacity.
