Spierings boosts German sales team

Spierings has appointed Raimon van Dijk as sales engineer for southern Germany and Austria.

van Dijk joins Spierings after nearly three years as sales manager at Groeneveld Lubrication Solutions. Before that he was an account manager at MAN Netherlands for four years.

He began his career in 2007 at Acopack, working in its sales and marketing department for a year and a half. He then moved on to work in sales at NETonline, before joining XPO Logistics in the quality control area for a year.

van Dijk will now work alongside Mathieu Braamhaar, who has previously looked after Germany, Austria and Switzerland, but who will now take responsibility for northern Germany and Switzerland.

Spierings said: "In recent years, the share of Spierings mobile self-erecting cranes has grown strongly in these countries. We continue to see opportunities in these markets, including the recently launched SK487-AT3 City Boy."
