250t Grove for Kranlogistik

German rental company Kranlogistik Sachsen has taken delivery of a 250 tonne Grove GMK 5250L All Terrain crane.

The five axle crane is equipped with a 70 metre main boom and 21 metre bi-fold swingaway extension that can be further extended with additional inserts to 37 metres, for a maximum tip height of 110 metres. It will be used in the wind farms of Saxony, as well as for the construction of tower cranes.

Established over 25 years ago, Kranlogistik Sachsen is part of the Maxikraft group, which offers cranes with capacities up to 1,000 tonnes. The company has four branches in eastern Germany, near Dresden and Chemnitz.
