Vp/Brandon acquisition referred

The recent UK acquisition of Brandon Hire by Vp has been referred to the Competition and Markets Authority for investigation. See Vp acquires Brandon

A statement from Vp said: “Prior to completion of the acquisition, Vp conducted a detailed due diligence exercise, including assessing potential competition considerations and it will fully assist the CMA with its enquiry.“
