BKL moves south

German crane rental company BKL Baukran Logistik is opening a new location in Rosenheim, south east of Munich – towards the Austrian border.

The Munich based company will move into the new location, the company's fifth, in January and plans to target the Alpine region as far as Tyrol and Salzburg in Austria.

Managing director Alexander Volz said: "The opening of the Rosenheim site is the next step in our expansion strategy. After BKL Ingolstadt, BKL Rosenheim will expand our crane services to the south and to Austria."
