900 tonner for Hebo

Hebo Maritiemservice is expanding its heavy lift floating crane fleet with the addition of a new barge mounted 900 tonne sheerleg, its largest heavy lift crane to date.

Hebo is purchasing a new 900 tonne sheer eg floating crane in Denamark

Hebo is hoping that the new crane, which can handle 800 tonnes at 22.5 metres and a height of almost 80 metres, or 500 tonnes at 46 metres radius will help open up new markets in the Baltic and North Seas from its base in Rotterdam.
The sheerleg - which we assume will be named Hebo 9 - has been purchased from Denmark’s DBB Salvage, and features a 100 tonne auxiliary hoist and a dynamic positioning system. The company also plans to add a jib, once the crane has been in service for a while.
