Another Grove to Stena Line

UK based Stena Line Ports has taken delivery of a 45 tonne Grove RT550E Rough Terrain crane.

The new crane features a five section, 39 metre main boom plus an eight metre swingaway extension which can be offset at zero, 20 or 40 degrees. Prior to delivery, the crane was fitted with a rear mounted outrigger mat carrier.

The new crane joins a 35 tonne Grove RT540E Rough Terrain crane, both purchased from UK Grove dealer Crowland Cranes. It went straight into operation at Stena Line's Holyhead site.
