Maeda for Owen

UK based Owen Fabrications has taken delivery of a 2.82 tonne Maeda MC285CRM-E-2 spider crane.

The MC285CRM-E-2 lifts its maximum capacity at 1.4 metres, has a lifting height of 8.7 metres, and a maximum radius of 8.2 metres. It weighs around two tonnes, has an overall width of 750mm, allowing it to pass easily through single doorways, and is able to work both indoors and outdoors. Additional features include an auxiliary winch capable of lowering 900kg 100 metres, and an 850kg searcher hook.

The MC285CRM-E-2 is delivered

The new crane, delivered by UK Maeda dealer Kranlyft, joins a 3.83 tonne Maeda MC405CRM-E spider crane, which was delivered to the Middlesex based company in May 2016.
