New Liebherrs for Cadman

UK rental company Cadman Cranes has taken delivery of two Liebherr All Terrain cranes, a 40 tonne LTM 1040-2.1 and 60 tonne LTM 1060-3.1.

The two axle LTM 1040-2.1 features a 35 metre main boom, and can handle 7.4 tonnes when fully extended and 1.1 tonnes at its maximum radius of 31 metres.

The three axle LTM 1060-3.1 features a five section 48 metre main boom and a 16 metre bi-fold swingaway extension, providing a maximum tip height of 67 metres and a maximum radius of 48 metres.

Commercial director Matt Waddingham said: “We are particularly proud of our fleet which is further enhanced by these two recent acquisitions. 40 and 60 tonne All Terrain cranes are very popular with our customers and the Liebherrs are the best in their class. Operations director Graham Clark added: “Since purchasing our first crane from Liebherr in 2012 we have invested in 10 Liebherr cranes ranging from 35 to 160 tonnes. This new order strengthens our fleet in the small/mid-range capacity giving us more flexibility and increasing our fleet to 23 cranes. Liebherr have proven to be fantastic, reliable cranes and the sales, back up and support are second to none.”
