Extreme adds to delivery fleet

UK rental company Extreme Powered Platforms has added a 32 tonne Volvo FH12 truck to its delivery fleet.

The four axle chassis supplied by MC Truck and Bus in Kent features a Sterling beaver tail body, with full width integrated ramp. The new vehicle is to be based at Extreme’s London depot in Shepperton, Middlesex.

The new truck

Managing director Stuart Bond said: “It was an easy choice to have a Sterling body fitted, as they are ahead of the game with regards to build quality and have a great and well deserved reputation for after sales support and customer service. We cannot say enough good things about this family run business. We are really happy with the end result and will definitely use MC Truck and Bus and Sterling Plant Bodies again.”
