Telecoms man electrocuted

A man died yesterday while using an aerial work platform, when he came into contact with an overhead power line while stringing fibre optic cable in Toledo Ohio.

Nathan Norris, 19, of Ac-Dc Electrical Contractors was apparently thrown from the platform into a tree. Colleagues used another bucket truck to bring him down and he was then rushed to hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
