Per Ekstedt

A company statement said that as Ekstedt’s sick leave is expected to last for a longer period, he has taken the decision to resign his position but will remain an employee of the company. Former chief financial officer and current chief operating officer Stefan Rinaldo will step back into the job on an interim basis. The company has started the search for a replacement

Chief executive Tormod Gunleiksrud said: "Per Ekstedt is a very knowledgeable and experienced CFO who has added significant value to the company. We thank him for his commitment and important effort. We are pleased that Stefan Rinaldo has accepted the role as acting CFO.

Ekstedt added: “The work has been very rewarding and interesting during a period characterised by strong growth. However, my health has gradually deteriorated and I have therefore concluded that this decision is the best solution for all parties.”
