New director for Lifterz

UK rental company Lifterz has promoted Chris Firth, to business development director.

Firth joined Wakefield based Lifterz as a depot based hire and sales manager at the end of 2006, and was promoted to commercial manager in 2010 with responsibility for customer management and service care.

In his new role he and his team will be devoted to business growth and increasing Lifterz’s market share. The company’s fleet now numbers just over 1,100 platforms with three depots in Yorkshire, Lancashire and Nottinghamshire, and employs around 90. It is also a long term member of the Access Link association of independent regional rental companies.
