35 Snorkels to Turkey

Turkish rental company Fatih Vinç has taken delivery of the first batch of 35 Snorkel scissors and booms.

The order includes 21 slab electric scissor lifts, including 15, 19, 20, 26 and 32ft models. There are also seven compact Rough Terrain scissor lifts, three electric boom lifts, plus a 46ft T46JRT telescopic boom lift, two 12ft TM12 mast lifts and a 10ft S3010P push around mini scissor lift. The majority of the lifts have been delivered from units in stock at local distributor Uzman Lift, with the remaining lifts shipping from the Snorkel manufacturing facility in the UK.

Managing director Kenan Aydin said: “We appreciate the efforts of Uzman Lift who have worked hard during the past year to introduce Fatih Vinç to Snorkel products and win this order. Snorkel has made significant progress under Don Ahern’s ownership, and we are very impressed with the product design and quality. We also know that Uzman Lift have completed Snorkel’s technical training and we are confident in their ability to support the products in our fleet. Thanks again to Uzman Lift for their support.”
