Dual 135ft booms for Balloo

Northern Irish rental company Balloo Hire has taken delivery of two new 135ft JLG 1350AJP telescopic boom lifts.

The Belfast based company purchased the new machines - now the largest self-propelled booms in the fleet - through local distributor Access Platform Sales. Both machines went straight out on their pre-boomed first jobs. The 1350 features a four section telescopic boom, plus articulated jib. It offers 25 metres of outreach with a maximum platform capacity of 450kg.

Balloo Hire's new 135ft JLG 1350AJP boom lifts

Balloo Hire was established in 1987 and operates from five in Northern Ireland - Belfast, Bangor, Lisburn, Ballyclare and Glenavy - with a rental fleet of 6,000 units, ranging from portable compressors to telehandlers. The aerial lift fleet includes booms, scissors, truck mounts, mast booms, trailer and spider lifts.
