100 new platforms for Star

UK rental company Star Platforms has ordered 100 low level work platforms from Power Towers, with working heights of 3.5 to 5.1 metres.

The order includes 60 eight foot Nano platforms - 20 of them the self-propelled Nano SPs and 40 of them Nano push around lifts along with 15 seven foot push around Ecolifts and 25 10ft Power Tower push around lifts. The majority of the order has already been delivered, with a few more Power Tower lifts due to arrive shortly.

Star Platforms sales director Bryan Freeman said: “Due to increasing demand from our customer base for a full range of low level access platforms - both push around and self-propelled - we have decided to enhance our low level access offering, where we have standardised now on Power Towers products, including the Peco, Eco, Nano, Nano SP and Power Tower lifts. We have experienced excellent user acceptance from our customers which has helped influence our purchasing decision.”
