The crane can handle up to 15 tonnes on its fully extended main boom, and now offers a maximum system length of 118 metres, with the luffing jib system already used on the AC 350-6 and AC 1000-9 cranes.

Vertikal Comment

This another update to the Terex crane range as the company moves all of its All Terrains over the Demag brand, with the updates to its latest technology. This model launch was referred to in the interview we ran with Steve Filipov in the November issue of Cranes & Access. See Big Changes Planned for Terex Cranes . It is a credit to the new thinking at the company, in that it was not tempted to unveil it sooner – such as at Conexpo or even Vertikal Days- sticking to Filipov’ s plan not to show any new crane until it is absolutely ready for market.
