Denver acquisition for Sunbelt

The Sunbelt Rentals division of Ashtead has acquired Denver, Colorado based Van’s Equipment Company.

The current Van’s business in Colorado was established my investor Kevin Moore in 2008, and operates from two locations in the greater Denver area. Its fleet includes earthmoving equipment along with booms and scissor lifts from Genie, Skyjack and JLG. No details of the transaction have been released.

Speaking of the transaction Kevin Moore said: “We are proud of the quality of equipment and service we have been able to provide to Colorado contractors, especially during this period of rapid growth in the region. This transaction will help Sunbelt expand its Rocky Mountain presence.”
