First LTR 1220 in India

Indian construction company NCC has taken delivery of a 220 tonne Liebherr LTR 1220 telescopic crawler crane, the first in India.

The LTR 1220 features a 60 metre main boom plus with a 12.2 to 22.2 metre bi-fold swingaway extension, which can be extended further with two seven metre lattice sections. The crane is currently working on the Nagpur Metro project in central India.

The NCC crane fleet already includes two big Liebherr cranes, a 200 tonne All Terrain and 400 tonne lattice crawler crane.
