120t Tadano Mantis approved for NY

New York City's Department of Buildings has approved the 120 tonne Tadano Mantis GTC 1200 telescopic crawler crane to work in the city with its full range of full load charts.

This is the fifth model of Mantis telescopic crawler crane to be approved by the Department, but the first of Tadano’s G series 'Global specification' cranes. It boasts a 42.7 metre five section main boom, plus a standard three element 10 to 18 metre swingaway extension. Automatic switching between load charts for slopes up to four degrees, full load char pick & carry capacity through360 degrees and a Cummins Tier 4f diesel.
