100th LTM 1750 goes to Dufour

Belgian crane and heavy transport company Dufour Transports et Manutention has taken delivery of the 100th 750 tonne Liebherr LTM 1750-9.1 All Terrain crane.

The nine axle LTM 1750-9.1 is now the company's largest crane, and features a 52 metre main boom and up to 91 metres of lattice jib. With a maximum working radius of 112 metres, it can lift its full capacity at a three metre radius. The machine also includes Liebherr's VarioBase outrigger set up systems, and was handed over by Liebherr distributor Van Der Spek.

For its first job, the crane was sent to Aisne, France where it helped to erect a 2.75 MW wind turbine. In addition to mobile and crawler crane rental, Dufour also provides logistics, heavy haulage and construction engineering services.
