Bolt on acquisition for Sunbelt

Ashtead’s Sunbelt Rentals has acquired the rental division of Tower Tech, a portable cooling tower manufacturer.

Tower Tech, which was established in 1985 is based in Oklahoma City, the company launched its first mobile cooling tower in 1989 opening the potential for short term rentals, helping kick off its rental division which has now been sold to Sunbelt. No details of the transaction have been released yet.
