Tat Hong acquisition off

Tat Hong has advised that the take-over approach that it had received back in mid March has been dropped

A statement from the company said that the counterparty had informed it that it would not be proceeding with its assessment of the potential transaction at this stage, in view of the current economic conditions impacting its own business.”
