Nordic manager for ALE

UK international heavy lift and transport company ALE has appointed Paul Karlsen as commercial manager Scandinavia, based in Velalsora, Norway.

Karlson started his working life as a platoon commander in the Norwegian Army and moved into sales in 1994, initially in the motor transport industry, and became involved with equipment sales when he joined Felleskjøpet Agri in 2003 as an area sales consultant for John Deere products. In 2009 He moved to Deutz-Fahr dealer NT Maskin as a manager and then entered the heavy lift industry in 2011 when he joined Sarens as a key account manager.

Karlsen said: “I am delighted to join ALE, and use my skills for large projects with an entrepreneurial-minded organisation. I will be working continue to grow our presence and develop our service offering to clients in Scandinavia.”
