Pat Witte joins MEC

US Aerial lift manufacturer MEC has appointed Pat Witte as vice president business development.

Witte joins MEC from international rental company Riwal, where he has been senior manager global accounts for the past year. Prior to that he spent a year as vice president global sales and distribution for Australia’s Global Power Services, having joined the company from generator manufacturer Himoinsa, where he was vice president global rental accounts for three years, based in the USA.

Between 1997 and 2011 he was vice president national accounts for Genie, with responsibility for the Hertz Equipment business.

Pat Witte

In his new role Witte will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, and executing target account goals.

President David White said: “This is the next step in growth for MEC as we work to strengthen our position as innovators in the aerial market. Our customers know our focus on differentiated products that provide a good Return On Investment and a better solution in the market, we will continue this strategy with our new product launches planned for this fall”.
