Leaning tower of Leeds

A reader in the UK spotted a couple of men using a mobile scaffold tower to put banners up in a street in Leeds.

The tower is not erected particularly well with braces in the wrong place - although we have seen much worse – and forget toeboards etc… sadly the photo is chopped off so we cannot see the full picture. The most dangerous aspect though is the fact that it is on a slope and that the outriggers are our in the road.

In the words of our contributor: “Spotted these guys in Leeds putting up banners on a slope two guys on the deck and a wee girl acting as ballast to stop it tipping to the left”.
