More lithium spiders for Fast

UK-based rental company Fast Plant has added two 17 metre Hinowa Lightlift 17.75 and one, 20 metre Lightlift 20.10 lithium spider lifts to its fleet.

The 17 metre Hinowa 17.75 offers up to 7.5 metres of outreach, 7.8 metres of up and over reach and a platform capacity of 230kg. Overall width when retracted is 798mm, extending to almost 1.1 metre for additional stability while travelling on site. Features include one-touch self-levelling outriggers, single key start, an anti entrapment system, and non marking tracks.

“The 17.75 fills a gap in our range and helps us to meet growing customer demand for lithium powered lifts,” said Paul Gurton, Fast Plant’s sales and transport manager. “The spider lifts are increasingly requested for internal cleaning and maintenance work on airport and shopping centre atriums. Our clients really appreciate the emissions-free power, battery life between charges and also the booms’ impressive working envelope.”
