Hugg & Hall acquires RPM

US based rental company Hugg & Hall Equipment of Little Rock Arkansas has acquired RPM Services & Rentals of Louisiana

Hugg & Hall was established in 1956 as a Clarklift fork truck dealer and became Clarklift of Arkansas before being bought by John Hugg and Robert Hall. It operates from 12 locations in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas, employs around 500 and offers a wide range of equipment, including aerial lifts and telehandlers.

RPM operates from three outlets in Louisiana - Bourg, New Iberia and Morgan City- and offers a similar range of equipment to Hugg & Hall. The company was founded in 2008 by Terry Gold, and has around 30 employees.

Hugg & Hall’s vice president of rental Rick Vollmer said: “The acquisition of RPM fully supports our strategic objectives in South Louisiana, where we see significant growth and demand for equipment rental solutions.
