Because cranes are not and cannot be infallible devices, and humans make errors.

That doesn't mean that worker safety isn't viewed as important. Of all the accidents noted, I'm sure no one wanted anyone to be injured, or worse.

Good Morning Mr Mayes,

So if 99% of the Crane Industry believes that Worker Safety is Important, please explain why have we witnessed 297 seperate Crane Incidents Worldwide over the past 30 Months, which is an average of one Crane Incident every 73 hours since 1st January 2014. ( Of which the Overturned Crawler Crane above is the 297th such Crane Incident ). All of which has led to the Deaths of 294 Men, Women and Children.

Please Explain in your own Words ?

Kind Regards
Mike Ponsonby
