New credit line for Rami

Finnish international rental group Ramirent signed a €175 million five year syndicated credit facility agreement earlier today which will be used to re-finance its short term credit lines of €75 million and for "general corporate purposes".
The multi currency revolving credit facility includes two one year extension options. The syndicate lead arrangers are Danske Bank, Nordea Bank Finland and OP Corporate Bank.

Ramirent had net debt at the end of 2015 of €280.9 million, with committed long term senior credit facilities of €515 million and a committed short term credit lines of €75 million.

Chief financial officer Pierre Brorsson said: “We are pleased to have successfully syndicated and signed this new credit facility with our relationship banks. With our strong balance sheet and solid commitment from our lenders, we are well positioned to pursue sustainable profitable growth".
