Terex to seek binding offer from Zoomlion

Terex has confirmed that it has received a $31 increased offer from Zoomlion, and indicates that it will hold formal negotiations to seek a binding proposal from the company. See Zoomlion ups its bid for Terex

Terex management is still recommending the agreed merger with Konecranes, suggesting that it will provide shareholders with more value than a sale to Zoomlion over the longer term.
