Full suit of Katos for Reeds

UK rental company Reeds (Bray) Cranes has become the first company in the country to purchase all models in the current Kato CityRange.

The company, based in Gateshead, North East England has taken delivery of all three models in the new Kato CityCranes range, including the 13 tonne CR130Ri, the 20 tonne CR200Ri and 35 tonne CR350Ri.

The latest, the CR-200Ri, is the replacement for the Kato CR250 and boasts a 28 metre six section main boom, plus a four to 5.8 metre telescopic, hydraulic luffing jib, which offsets by up to 60 degrees. The outriggers have five width settings with beam length sensors automatically feeding the set up configuration to the new colour touch screen Safe Load Indicator system equipped with working range limiting functions. The fuel efficient Cummins Tier 4 Interim/Euro Stage IIIB compliant engine which includes an Eco mode for greater fuel efficiency.

The new 20 tonne Kato CR200Ri

The new Kato CR-200Ri will be on display on Rivertek’s stand at Vertikal Days, Haydock Park, June 15th & 16th along with the rest of the Kato CityRange cranes.
