Brisbane to Sydney by bike

Sebastian Wilkinson, son of the late Simon Wilkinson, has completed the self-imposed challenge to cycle the 1,200km from Brisbane to Sydney in five days.

The effort was all about raising money for cancer charities and the hospice that helped his father during the final days of his illness. He managed to complete it with only an hour to spare. The final time recorded was four days 23 hours and 10 minutes.

If you feel generous you can still donate on line to the charities concerned. To learn more simply click here to go to the original story We are hoping to receive a few more photographs taken along the way and may well publish a report of the trip in an upcoming issue of Cranes & Access magazine
