Flying through the air with the greatest of ease

Spotted in Kortrijk Belgium last week, a young man riding a pallet suspended from a truck mounted aluminium crane.

Riding the load ....

The crane, owned by Meulebeke based roofing contractor Wim Vergote, was working on new homes and was almost fully extended with boom and jib and a single line to a suspended pallet fork carrying roofing materials and a human unloading person. Brave or foolhardy? He does not seem in the least concerned as he admires the view.
