Mammoet expands UK crane fleet

Mammoet the Dutch international heavy lifting and transport company has added five new cranes to its UK rental fleet.

The new additions are topped by a 200 tonne Liebherr LTM 1200-5.1 All Terrain, and also include a 60 tonner, a 40 tonner and two 30 tonne All Terrains.

Four of the five new cranes for Mammoet UK

Matthew Gent, managing director og Mammoet UK said: “The purchase of these cranes is required to support the continued expansion of the Mammoet business in the UK. The additions increase the variety of cranes in the fleet, helping ensure our capacity to serve our growing client base across the many sectors in which we operate.”

Sales director Darren Watson added: “We are glad to announce that further investments are already confirmed with the receipt of these cranes, originally planned for mid-2016.”
