Two Tadanos for Roger Miles

UK used equipment company Roger Miles Plant Sales has taken delivery of a 100 tonne Tadano ATF 100G-4 and a 130 tonne ATF 130G-5 All Terrain cranes for its contract hire division.

Both cranes, which have been fully equipped with additional options such as AMOT refinery shutdown specification for petrochemical work, have been delivered straight to an end-user as part of a long-term rental agreement.

Matthew Stripe of Roger Miles, said: “We are being asked more and more for contract hire arrangements, and for this particular deal new cranes were the natural option. We have an excellent relationship with Tadano and over 30 years experience in this industry has shown us that we get the least problems with Tadano cranes. It is a brand we have no hesitation in taking into stock.”

Based in Snaith, south of York, Miles Plant has been selling used cranes in the UK and overseas for the past 30 years. It also has a property development joint venture with Morris Leslie called Miles Leslie Properties.
