Isoli replaces PNT210J

Italian truck mounted lift manufacturer Isoli has launched the 20.5 metre PNT 210 JD4 truck mounted lift, which not only introduces a number of new features, but is also lighter for mounting on the latest – heavier – trucks now coming off production.

Replacing the PNT 210J, the new model offers the same 20.5 metre working height, 9.8 metres outreach and over nine metres up and over height with a perfectly vertical lift. However it now features a 250kg unrestricted platform capacity, as well as an increased working envelope. Other improvements include greater jib articulation – now 140 degrees – 180 degrees of platform rotation, and multiple outrigger settings - fully deployed, left or right side only, and straight down. When the outriggers are deployed straight down, within the overall vehicle width, the platform is still capable of achieving its full working height and outreach with a 120kg capacity. The fully extended footprint is just three metres.

Other features include Moba platform overload system, a platform-mounted diagnostics system, automatic acceleration/deceleration ramped functions, and a new anti-collision system for the chassis cab and a rear protection bar. Additional options include the company’s automatic FAST Stabilisation system which can level on slopes of up to eight degrees, as well as auto-stow boom and outriggers.

Isoli's PNT 210 JD4 replaces its PNT 210J truck mounted lift

The company said: “The new model has been completely redesigned. Aesthetically the differences are significant but technically there has been also important changes especially using ultra high-strength steels. We are investing time and resources to be safe and at the same time comply with regulations by reducing the weight.”
