7,000th GSR

Italian aerial lift manufacturer GSR has delivered its 7,000th lift - a 23 metre E240PX truck mounted platform.

The E240PX was launched in late 2011 with the first unit - serial number 6000 - going to a local Italian customer. A thousand units later - serial number 7000 - was sold by German distributor Rothlehner, and delivered to access rental company Dolleck Arbeitsbühnen of Varel, near Wilhelmshaven, Northern Germany.

The E240 has a dual sigma type riser and two section telescopic boom, offering a working height of 23.3 metres, with up to 11 metres of outreach. The fully hydraulic lift is sold on its simple and robust construction, making it an ideal unit for the self-drive rental market.
