Crane operator dies in fall

A crane operator, Arthur Hilario Jr., 61, died on Saturday after falling from his crane and sustaining head injuries at a job site in Connecticut.

Hilario, was employed by O&G Industries and was working on the Pearl Harbour Memorial Bridge in New Haven, when the incident occurred. We do not know at this stage how high he fell from, or what type of crane, all we do know is that he died in hospital from head trauma injuries.

The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration has launched an investigation.
