The overturned boom lift

The lift a relatively new JLG 800AJ articulated boom owned by United Rentals, had its riser retracted and barely elevated, while the boom was also fully retracted and only slightly elevated. The operator, 42, drove the lift onto a slope causing it to tip over backwards. The catapult effect of the tip, knocked him around a little, and he suffered a broken wrist as well as facial and rib injuries. But he did though remain in the platform, and was rescued by the local fire department.

The machine was uprighted by a local towing/recovery company and was found to be in good working order and undamaged. The incident is being investigated by local police.

gets a bit boring after a while. Check the floor, the floor and the floor again. But don't worry, he's got secondary guarding!!!!! Honestly!! Helllo!

Imagine if, for example, the slope sensor would cut drive when the machine is elevated, so people couldn't do this sort of thing ?
Wouldn't that just be a crazy idea ;)
