Socage to unveil new models at Intermat

Italian manufacturer Socage will launch three new models at Intermat next month, including a 12 metre van mount, a new version of its 18 metre telescopic truck mount and its new 75 metre truck 75TJJ.

The van mount is the forSte 12VT, with a mobile workshop. The van mount, designed with the electrical utility market in mind, offers a working height of 12 metres, with up to eight metres of outreach, and 120kg platform capacity. It can operate with or without stabilisers.

The 18 metre forSte T418 also offers up to eight metre of outreach with 225kg maximum platform capacity. Mounted on a new version of its patented X shaped chassis with fixed rear outriggers, which it says can be installed on almost any chassis, without the need for major modifications.

Finally the company will also show its new 74.2 metre forSte 75TJJ, the largest platform ever built by the company, it is mounted on a 32 tonne four axle truck, Seen as a prototype in October, the new machine has a five section main boom, four section main jib and a second short articulating jib. Outreach is 40 metres, maximum platform capacity is 600kg – with up to 360 degrees of rotation. A 900kg winch option is also available.
