Highway Equipment acquires Scott-Gallaher

US based dealer and rental company Highway Equipment of Pennsylvania has acquired Kobleco crane distributor Scott-Gallaher of Roanoke, Virginia.

The Scott-Gallaher business will become Highway Equipment Mid-Atlantic and will be Highway’s sixth location, handling both sales and rental. Similar to Highway, the company is also a Kobelco excavator dealer.

Scott-Gallaher was founded in 1984 and operates in Virginia, the Carolinas, and Tennessee and will continue existing operations as Highway Equipment Company Mid-Atlantic, with Ron Scott Jr. leading the operation as sales and operations manager.
