New responsiveness at Terex Utilities

Terex Utilities has appointed Jonathan Harlan as director of customer responsiveness, with responsibility for technical service, parts and warranty teams working to ensure that Terex Utilities is meeting its customers’ expectations for service and support.

He will be based at the Terex Utilities facilities in Watertown, South Dakota and joins Terex from Bombardier Learjet where he held various positions in procurement, material logistics, strategic sourcing and programme management over the past 19 years.
