New booms for Intermat

In addition to JLG’s new product plans, both Haulotte and Manitou are promising substantial innovative new product launches for Intermat in April.

Haulotte, celebrating its 30th year in the access market, says that it has major new product launches prepared for Intermat including all new Star 8 and 10 mast booms, a 20 metre version of its new HA16RTJ Pro articulated boom lift, and an all new machine of which it is saying nothing at this stage – but which it did say will not extend its working height range, along with upgrades to its larger boom lift range.

It will also show an improved version of its telehandlers equipped with a Kohler diesel engine, which it says will be the first to comply with Tier IV final, and yet not require a diesel particulate filter.

At the same time Manitou says that it will unveil a radical new access product thought to be in the 12 to 14 metre range, that will be simpler to operate and likely to be a ‘game changer’ - some big promises which will be a real challenge to live up to.

On the telehandler front it will launch the new MT625 Easy, a simpler and smaller engined version (that does not require a diesel particulate filter) of its popular MT625 targeted at rental companies and construction.
