Grubb opens 7th depot

US crane rental and heavy haulage company W.O. Grubb has opened a new depot in Winchester, Virginia.

The company has decided to make the move permanent having used the branch as a temporary location for the last year. With a staff of 12 employees the branch provides crane rental and specialised haulage for Winchester, Virginia, Maryland as well as for the rest of the mid-Atlantic.

W.O. Grubb marketing coordinator David Wheeler, said: “We've been doing a lot of work up in West Virginia, so we opened up this office to increase our footprint in that area. Instead of having to ship a crane to that area, we decided to just set up the Winchester branch."
