Cycling for Harry

Chris George of GT Access has taken part in a four-day charity bike ride in aid of the Help Harry Help Others charity. The event took place last Friday.

17 cyclists including George (Team Pasty) set off from Land's End, Cornwall while a team of 21 cyclists (Team Haggis) set off from Glasgow, Scotland. Covering 620 miles over four days the two teams met in Birmingham with George being awarded the rider’s rider trophy for his team.

Sponsored in part by GT Access the ‘Cycling for Harry 2014’ team raised more than £28,000 for the Help Harry Help Others charity. If you haven’t already donated and would like to, you can do so on the team’s Just Giving web page: www.justgiving.com/teams/cfh2014

Inspired to make a difference to all people with brain cancer Harry organised and attended nearly 100 events raising more than £265,000 for Brain Cancer. Sadly following surgery in 2011 Harry passed away.
