Ainscough opens new training centre

The UK’s largest crane rental company Ainscough has opened a new wind energy training centre in Falkirk, Scotland.

The RenewableUK and GWO (Global Wind Organization) accredited centre will provide training in manual handling as well as working at height and rescue. It is also accredited by the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board to deliver Client Contractor National Safety Group (CCNSG) safety passport courses.

In addition, Ainscough has introduced a number of modules designed to support the telecommunications industry. Supported by Arqiva, the new courses include training for tower climbers, tower rescue, roof working and radio frequency safety training.
