BKL expands management team

German rental company BKL Baukran Logistik has appointed Michael Findeiß and Franz Schwaiger to its senior management team.

Findeiß takes over as the company’s new sales director, having spent the last four years as sales manager at Liebherr Biberach, the manufacturer’s tower crane facility. Prior to joining Liebherr, Findeiß spent 10 years with Nooteboom Trailers and seven years with heavy transporter manufacturer Scheuerle. Schwaiger has been appointed as head of administration having joined BKL in 1993.

BKL managing director Alexander Volz, said: “With the expansion of the management and the hiring of a new sales specialists we are well prepared for our long-term development strategy for Germany and Europe.”

Founded in 1969 the family run and owned company now has a fleet of more than 330 tower cranes and 40 mobile cranes operating from facilities in Ingolstadt, Munich, Frankfurt and Hanover.
